5.52. Entry or sale of equidae with transmissible diseases.§ 5.51. Entry of equidae into this Commonwealth.
Horses, mules, asses and other equidae brought into this Commonwealth for other than slaughter purposes shall enter in compliance with § § 3.1013.103 and 3.105.

§ 5.52. Entry or sale of equidae with transmissible diseases.
Horses, mules, asses and other equidae that are afflicted with or have been exposed to a dangerous transmissible disease may not enter or be sold at an animal market.
