Poultry brought into this Commonwealth for other than slaughter purposes shall enter in compliance with § § 3.1113.114, 3.116 and 3.117.

§ 5.82. Intrastate transportation of poultry.
Intrastate transportation of all poultry and their hatching eggs, except those for immediate slaughter, shall be in compliance with § § 3.1913.194 and 3.196.

§ 5.83. Quarantine.
Poultry showing evidence of being sick or diseased shall be subject to quarantine restrictions and shall be moved only on a written permit issued by the Department for slaughter or disposal.
