Editor’s Note: Chapter 73 was adopted by the State Board of Private Licensed Schools under the Private Licensed Schools Act (24 P. S. § § 6501—6518). This act created the State Board of Private Licensed Schools which now has jurisdiction over private business schools, private correspondence schools and private trade schools. Chapters 71, 81 and 91 have been deleted by the Board and replaced with a new Chapter 73.§ 81.1. [Reserved].
