§ 73.102. Applicability.

 This chapter applies to the following:

   (1)  An individual or group credit insurance policy.

   (2)  Certificates issued under a group credit insurance policy and applications or other forms used in connection with the policy or certificate.

   (3)  A premium rate charged for credit insurance.

   (4)  Practices followed in providing credit insurance.
