   The provisions of this Part III issued under section 346 of The Insurance Company Law of 1921 (40 P. S. §  471); section 635 of The Insurance Department Act of 1921 (40 P. S. §  275); section 2 of The Unfair Insurance Practices Act (40 P. S. §  1152); and section 1 of Model Act for the Regulation of Credit Life Insurance and Credit Accident and Health Insurance (40 P. S. §  1007.1), unless otherwise noted.
