§ 39.444. Bridging series lamps.
Before working on lamps or other devices in live series circuits, employes shall bridge the device with jumpers such as series lamp cut-outs usually provided so that the circuit cannot be opened at the device and be completed through the body or arc at the point of opening and burn an employe.
