§ 6.4. Fees.

 (a)  The schedule of fees charged by the Board is as follows:

 Initial licensing application fee …$100

 Biennial renewal fee… $130

 Verification of Licensure … $15

 Addition of crane specialty… $70

 Application for certifying organization … $1,000

 Trainee registration fee… $100

 (b)  Fees must accompany applications and be made payable to ‘‘Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.’’
