§ 7.98. Violation of related laws.
The license of a licensee who has pled guilty or nolo contendere to, or has been convicted of, a felony under The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act (35 P. S. § § 780-101780-144), or a similar State or Federal law, shall be subject to suspension or revocation under section 13 of the act (63 P. S. § 519).
