§ 9.153. Discriminatory practices.
As provided in section 9 of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (43 P. S. § 959), the Board will, upon notice from the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, review the licensure status of an architect licensed by the Board and found to have been engaged in unlawful discriminatory practices by the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. A finding of unlawful discriminatory practice will result in a formal hearing before the Board, and will result in the revocation or suspension of the architects license, or other action as the Board may deem appropriate.
