§ 2050.4. Legal base.

 The legal base for this chapter is:

   (1)  Articles II and IV of the Public Welfare Code (62 P. S. § §  201—211 and 401—493).

   (2)  Social Services Block Grant Act of 1981 (42 U.S.C.A. § §  1397—1397f).
