§ 3130.3. Legal base.

The legal base of this chapter is the following statutory provisions:
   (1)  Articles II, VII and IX of the Public Welfare Code (62 P. S. § §  201—211, 701—774 and 901—922).
   (2)  Sections 6301—6365 of 42 Pa.C.S. (relating to the Juvenile Act).
   (3)  Section 2168 of the County Code (16 P. S. §  2168).
   (4)  Section 405 of the act of June 24, 1937 (P. L. 2017, No. 396) (62 P. S. §  2305).
   (5)  The Child Protective Services Law (11 P. S. § §  2201—2224).
   (6)  Part III of 23 Pa.C.S. (relating to the Adoption Act).
   (7)  The Pennsylvania Adoption Cooperative Exchange Act (11 P. S. § §  2501—2507).
