§ 4300.114. Agency schedule of charges.

 (a)  The Department will not participate in a county negotiated fee or a Department established fee which exceeds an agency schedule of charges.

 (b)  Where the county/joinder or a combination of Commonwealth counties/joinders are not funding the majority of the provider’s clientele receiving the service and the Department has not established a fee for the service, the Department will participate in the fee charged the general public as evidenced by a schedule of charges officially adopted by the agency. The county/joinder and provider are not required to negotiate or determine unit costs based on the allowable cost standards in § §  4300.82—4300.108.

 (c)  The Department will participate in the cost of reimbursement to unit of service providers under this section subject to § §  4300.117 and 4300.158(b) (relating to computation of reimbursement; and revenue).
