§ 4300.96. Membership fees.

 Costs of agency membership in organizations serving programs operated under contract with the county are allowable for Departmental participation if the membership is in a nonprofit organization and the services provided are related to the program operated under contract with the county. The Department will not participate in the cost of individual/personal membership or in memberships to any organization defined as a lobbying group under the Lobbying Registration and Regulation Act (46 P.S. § §  148.1—148.9).
