§ 103.14. Responsibility between boats.

(a)  A power-driven boat underway shall keep out of the way of:
   (1)  A sailing boat.
   (2)  A boat restricted in its ability to maneuver.
(b)  A sailing boat underway shall keep out of the way of a boat restricted in its ability to maneuver.
