§ 163.263. Interference with claiming races.
A person may not offer, or enter into an agreement, to claim or not to claim, or attempt to prevent another person from claiming, a horse in a claiming race; nor may a person attempt, by intimidation, to prevent anyone from running a horse in a race for which it is entered; nor may an owner or trainer running horses in a claiming race make an agreement for the protection of each others horses.
