§ 51.4. Definitions.

The following words and terms, when used in this part, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

   Code—30 Pa.C.S. (relating to the Fish and Boat Code).

   Commission—The Fish and Boat Commission.

   Executive Director—The Executive Director of the Commission.
