Notes of Decisions It was within the Department’s discretion to impose suspensions to run concurrently, but the court found it to be an abuse of discretion to permanently suspend both of petitioner’s inspection sites. Department of Transportation v. Sloane Toyota, Inc., 558 A.2d 585 (Pa. Cmwlth. 1989).
