§ 73.2. Definitions.
The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
Photo centerA location designated by the Department where applicants for renewal, replacement or initial issuance of a drivers license may surrender their camera card, have their photograph taken and receive a photographic drivers license.
Photographic drivers licenseA drivers license issued at a photo center which bears a color photograph of the licensee.
Senior citizenAn applicant for replacement or initial issuance of a drivers license who is at least 65 years of age at the time of application or an applicant for renewal of a drivers license which expires on or after the 65th birthday of the applicant.
Valid-without-photo drivers licenseA drivers license which does not bear a photograph of the licensee and is issued under § 73.3(c) (relating to application) in lieu of a photographic drivers license.
