§ 23.225. Government agency.

 When drafting a statute which requires reference to all Commonwealth and lower level governmental agencies, except the judicial branch and the General Assembly, the term ‘‘government agency’’ may be used:

 Government agency

   Commonwealth agency

   Political subdivision

   Municipal (or local) authority
