§ 27.95. Subchapter with no existing subchapters.

AN ACT
  Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, adding provisions relating to restitution of victims of crime.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 11 of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subchapter heading and subchapter to read:
CHAPTER 11 AUTHORIZED DISPOSITION OF OFFENDERS SUBCHAPTER A GENERAL PROVISIONS * * * SUBCHAPTER B RESTITUTION OF CRIME VICTIMS
