The potential emissions of the primary pollutants from the facility are as follows: 2.128 TPY NOx, 0.918 TPY CO, 0.320 TPY VOC, 0.111 TPY total HAPs, 0.001 TPY Chromium, 0.055 TPY filterable PM-10 and PM-2.5, and 0.013 TPY SOx; thus, the facility is a natural minor. The chrome plating tanks are subject to 40 CFR Part 63 Subpart N, the NESHAP for Chromium Emissions from Hard Chromium Electroplating and Chromium Anodizing Tanks. FEDERAL WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ACT SECTION 401

 The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has taken the following actions on previously received permit applications, requests for Environmental Assessment approval, and requests for Water Quality Certification under Section 401 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (FWPCA) (33 U.S.C.A. § 1341).

 Except as otherwise noted, DEP has granted 401 Water Quality Certification certifying that the construction and operation described will comply with the applicable provisions of Sections 301—303, 306 and 307 of the FWPCA (33 U.S.C.A. §§ 1311—1313, 1316 and 1317), and that the construction will not violate applicable Federal and State Water Quality Standards.

 Individuals aggrieved by these actions may appeal, pursuant to Section 4 of the Environmental Hearing Board Act, 35 P.S. § 7514, and the Administrative Agency Law, 2 Pa.C.S. Chapter 5A, to the Environmental Hearing Board, Second Floor, Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, P.O. Box 8457, Harrisburg, PA 17105-8457, 717-787-3483. Appeals must be filed with the Environmental Hearing Board within 30-days of publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, unless the appropriate statute provides a different time period. The applicant proposes a stream and wetland mitigation project consisting of stream channel restoration/reconstruction, aquatic habitat enhancements, riparian vegetative buffer enhancement, and forested scrub-scrub and emergent wetland habitat construction. The mitigation site will provide sediment stabilization, flood-flow alteration, production export, wildlife habitat, and aquatic herpetofauna habitat. The project is being conducted to mitigate for stream and wetland impacts that will result due to the addition of 112.9 surface acres to the existing Lady Jane Plant (CRDP No. 17743702) located in Huston Township, Clearfield County.

 The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) approved the Berks County Municipal Solid Waste Management Plan 2024-2033 Revision on July 22, 2024.
