Administrative Order

 And Now, October 16, 2024, the Court, pursuant to 42 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 1725.5 and 1725.6, Orders as follows:

 1. Every person described in 42 Pa.C.S.A. § 1725.5(a) shall be required to pay a booking center fee of two hundred dollars in addition to any other fines, penalties or costs imposed by law; and

 2. This Order shall be processed in accordance with Pa.R.J.A. 103(c), and effective thirty days after publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
