Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before November 11, 2024. Filings must be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by November 11, 2024. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the docket number as follows or by searching the applicant's web site.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2024-3050945. Ryan Mcdonough, t/a AKR Driving (2 Thornyapple Lane, Levittown, Bucks County, PA 19053) to transport persons, by motor vehicle, in limousine service, between points in Bucks County.

A-2024-3050989. Marvel Transportation, LLC (1417 Magee Street, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19111) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, between points in the Counties of Bucks, Chester and Montgomery, and the City and County of Philadelphia.

A-2024-3051086. H2H Air Solutions, LLC, t/a AAP NMP Transportation (2375 Woodward Street, Apartment 803, Philadelphia, PA 17108-1166, (215) 388-2254) in paratransit service, limited to nonemergency medical transportation authorized under the Medical Assistance Transportation Program, between points in the City and County of Philadelphia, and from points in the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in the Counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery, and return. Black and Gold Transportation, LLC (1308 Bridle Trail, Moon Township, Allegheny County, PA 15108) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in limousine service, between points in Pennsylvania; excluding service that is under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

A-2024-3051396. Regal Transit & Logestics, LLC (3610 Corriere Road, Suite 101, Easton, Northampton County, PA 18045) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in the Counties of Lehigh and Northampton, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2024-3051441. Riding on Family Love, LLC (11 South Madison Avenue, Upper Darby, Delaware County, PA 19082) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2024-3051489. Keystone Medcare Transport, LLC (2050 State Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, PA  17103) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in the Counties of Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Mifflin, Perry, Snyder and York, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

Application of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under the application.

A-2024-3051575. Allegheny Black Car Service, LLC (264 Mingo Road, Wexford, Allegheny County, PA 15090) for the discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in airport transfer service, from points in the Counties of Allegheny and Butler to Pittsburgh International Airport, and vice versa.
