The Prudential Insurance Company of America; Rate Increase Filing for Several Individual LTC Forms (PRUD-134333457); Rate Filing

 The Prudential Insurance Company of America is requesting approval to increase the premium 16.7% on 189 Pennsylvania policyholders of individual LTC Series ILTC-3R forms: GRP 113570 (ED 05/2009) and GRP 113172 (ED 05/2009).

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to February 18, 2025, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Sean Carmody, Actuary, Insurance Department, Insurance Product Regulation, Room 1311, Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, scarmody@pa.gov within 20 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
