Reorganization of Water Program Documents on eLibrary

 The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) is beginning the process of reorganizing documents under the Office of Water Programs on the Department's eLibrary web site at www.depgreenport.state.pa.us/elibrary. During this reorganization of documents under the Office of Water Programs on eLibrary, documents will be moved from folders with defunct bureau and office names to folders with names corresponding to the current organizational structure of the Department's Office of Water Programs. The Department's Office of Water Programs currently consists of four bureaus: the Bureau of Clean Water; the Bureau of Safe Drinking Water; the Bureau of Waterways Engineering and Wetlands; and the Bureau of Watershed Restoration and Nonpoint Source Management. Defunct bureau and office names currently on eLibrary for the Office of Water Programs include the following:

 • the Bureau of Point and Non-Point Source Management

 • the Bureau of Water Standards and Facility Regulation

 • the Bureau of Watershed Management

 • the Bureau of Water Management

 • the Bureau of Water Supply and Wastewater Management

 • the Bureau of Water Supply Management

 • the Bureau of Waterways Engineering

 • the Bureau of Water Quality Protection

 • the Office of Water Resource Planning

 • the Compacts and Commissions Office

 • the Interstate Waters Office

 • the Water Planning Office

 • the Chesapeake Bay Office

 The Department will also be making light revisions to documents as they are reorganized on eLibrary, including renumbering documents and updating bureau and office names in the documents to correspond with the Department's current organizational structure. The reorganization of documents on eLibrary under the Office of Water Programs will involve forms, permit and authorization packages, publications and technical guidance documents.

 The Department anticipates this reorganization will be completed in the spring of 2025. Once the reorganization is complete, the Department plans to publish notice detailing which documents were reorganized as part of this process.
