Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company; Rate Increase Filing for Several Individual LTC Forms (MILL-134212401); Rate Filing

 Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium 151% on 3,263 Pennsylvania policyholders of individual LTC Series 200 and 400 forms: MM-200-P-PA, MM-201-P-PA, MM-202- P-PA, MM-203-P-PA, MM-200-P-1-PA, MM-201-P-1-PA, MM-202-P-1-PA, MM-203-P-1-PA, MM-400-P-PA, MM-401-P-PA, MM-402-P-PA, MM-403-P-PA, MM-404-P-PA and MM-405-P-PA.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to February 18, 2025, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to James Laverty, Actuary, Insurance Department, Insurance Product Regulation, Room 1311, Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, jlaverty@pa.gov within 20 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
