Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before December 30, 2024. Filings are recommended to be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by December 30, 2024. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the docket number as follows or by searching the applicant's web site.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2024-3049353. ASAP National Road Service, Inc., t/a Community Paramedic Services (100 Ardwick Terrace, Lansdale, Lancaster County, PA 19446) in paratransit service, limited to service in wheelchair transport vehicles, from hospitals in Montgomery County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; and from individuals' homes in Montgomery County, to hospitals in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2024-3051632. Caliy's Medical Transportation, LLC (163 Damascus Road, New Ringgold, Schuylkill County, PA 17960) to transport persons, by motor vehicle, in paratransit service, from points in Berks, Carbon, Lehigh and Schuylkill Counties, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2024-3051743. BTS Services, Inc. (1801 Oberlin Road, Suite 205, Middletown, Dauphin County, PA 17057) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service who are 18 years of age and younger, from points in the Counties of Cumberland, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, Schuylkill and York, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2024-3051985. Camino Car Service, LLC (109 North 8th Street, Indiana County, PA 15701) to transport, by motor vehicle, persons in limousine service, between points in Pennsylvania, excluding service that is under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

A-2024-3052307. Alliance in Health, LLC (2893 Tremont Street, Philadelphia, PA 19136) in paratransit service, from points in the Counties of Chester and Delaware, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods as described under the application.

A-2024-3052181. Roadrunner Moving, LLC, t/a Roadrunner Moving (3173 Aramingo Avenue, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19134) to transport household goods in use between points in Pennsylvania.

Applications of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under each application.

A-2024-3052309. J B Taxi, LLC (2400 Darlington Road, Beaver Falls, Beaver County, PA 15010) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in call or demand service, in a 5-mile radius centered on the intersection of 10th Street and East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County; that no right, power or privilege is granted to provide service from the Pittsburgh International Airport located in Findlay Township, Allegheny County, as fully described in A-2014-2421548.
