Managed Care Assessment Program

 The Department of Human Services (Department) is providing final notice of an adjustment to the managed care assessment fixed fee, effective January 1, 2025. The Department published notice of its intent to adjust the managed care assessment fixed fee to $30.47 per member per month effective January 1, 2025, at 54 Pa.B. 6345 (October 5, 2024). The Department received no comments during the 30-day public comment period.

Fiscal Impact

 The Department estimates that the aggregate fiscal impact for this change in Fiscal Year 2024-2025 will be an additional $208.634 million in assessment revenue.
