Geisinger Health Plan (GSHP-134337402); Small Group HMO—Transitional Filing; Rate Filing

 Geisinger Health Plan submitted a rate filing for its Small Group HMO Non-Grandfathered (that is, transitional) Plans. The filing proposes a flat rate adjustment of 16.1% and will affect 1,025 members with policies renewing from June 2025, through December 2025.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to March 4, 2025, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 Interested parties are invited to submit written or e-mail comments, suggestions or objections to Sean  Carmody, Insurance Department, Insurance Product Regulation, 1311 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, scarmody@pa.gov within 20 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
