Metropolitan Life Insurance Company; Rate Increase Filing for Several Individual LTC Forms (META-134346561); Rate Filing

 Metropolitan Life Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium 5.45% on 142 policyholders of MetLife forms LTC2007-PA and LTC2007-ML-PA.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to March 4, 2025, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to James Laverty, Actuary, Insurance Department, Insurance Product Regulation, 1311 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, jlaverty@pa.gov within 20 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
