Revised Draft Technical Guidance; Public Comment Period Extension

 At 54 Pa.B. 7764 (November 30, 2024), the Department of Environmental Protection (Department) published notice of a 45-day public comment period—open through Wednesday, January 15, 2025—for the revised draft technical guidance document (TGD), Public Water Supply Manual—Part II: Community Water System Design Standards (394-2125-004). The Department is extending the public comment period for that draft revised TGD an additional 45 days, so that the comment period will now be open through Monday, March 3, 2025.

 As noted in the original notice, commentators are encouraged to submit comments using the Department's online eComment tool at www.ahs.dep.pa.gov/eComment. Written comments can be emailed to ecomment@pa.gov or mailed to the Technical Guidance Coordinator, Department of Environmental Protection, Policy Office, Rachel Carson State Office Building, P.O. Box 2063, Harrisburg, PA 17105-2063. Comments, including comments submitted by electronic mail, must include the originator's name and address.
