Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes

 The Department of Transportation (Department), under the Sale of Transportation Lands Act (71 P.S. § 1381.1—1381.3), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.

 The following properties are available for sale by the Department:

 1. State Route 0291, 2000 Block West 2nd Street and 100 Block Jeffrey Street between Jeffrey and Bradley Streets, Chester City, Delaware County. This parcel contains approximately 18,978 square feet of unimproved land situated at 2029 and 2031 West 2nd Street; 101, 105, 107, 109, 111-113 and 115 Jeffrey Street and tax parcel 49-10-00102-00 on the corner of Bradley and West 2nd Streets. The property will be sold in as-is condition. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is to be determined $ (TBD).

 2. State Route 0291, 2000 Block West 2nd Street, between Bradley and Yarnall Streets, Chester City, Delaware County. This parcel contains approximately 14,549 square feet of unimproved land situated at 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2011, 2013 and 2015 West 2nd Street. The property will be sold in as-is condition. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $ TBD.

 3. State Route 0291, 1900 Block West 2nd Street, between Yarnall Street and Reaney Street, Chester City, Delaware County. This parcel contains approximately 4,917 square feet of unimproved land situated at 1911, 1913, 1925, 1927 and 1929-1931 West 2nd Street. The property will be sold in as-is condition. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $ TBD.

 4. State Route 0291, 1800 Block West 2nd Street and 100 Block of Reaney Street, between Reaney Street and the Commodore Barry Bridge, Chester City, Delaware County. This parcel contains approximately 16,583 square feet of unimproved land situated at 1819, 1821, 1823, 1825, 1827, 1829, 1831 and 1833 West 2nd Street and 103, 119, 123, 125, 127 and 129 Reaney Street. The property will be sold in as-is condition. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $ TBD.

 5. State Route 0291, 1700 Block West 2nd Street, between Abbott Street Alley and Edward Street, Chester City, Delaware County. This parcel contains approximately 6,624 square feet of unimproved land situated at 1705, 1707, 1709, 1709-1/2, 1711 and 1713 West 2nd Street. The property will be sold in as-is condition. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $ TBD.

 6. State Route 0291, 1600 Block West 2nd Street, between Edward Street and Central Avenue, Chester City, Delaware County. This parcel contains approximately 14,140 square feet of unimproved land situated at 1601, 1603, 1605, 1607, 1609, 1611, 1613, 1615, 1617, 1619-1621, 1623, 1625 and 1629-1631 West 2nd Street. The property will be sold in as-is condition. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $ TBD.

 7. State Route 0291, 1500 Block West 2nd Street, between Central Avenue and Locksley Street, Chester City, Delaware County. This parcel contains approximately 3,726 square feet of unimproved land situated at 1511, 1513, 1515, 1517, 1519, 1521, 1523, 1525 and 1527 West 2nd Street. The property will be sold in as-is condition. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $ TBD.

 8. State Route 0291, Corner of Tilghman Street, Chester City, Delaware County. This parcel contains approximately 16,471 square feet of unimproved land situated at 151 Tilghman Street. The property will be sold in as-is condition. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $ TBD.

 It has been determined that these lands are no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.
